Ferm is Danish for "clever". And we certainly think Ferm Living’s home collection is clever in both form and function. Launched in 2005 and originating from a graphic design agency in Aarhus, Denmark, Ferm is now an established brand, stocked by design stores world wide.

Producing a collection of “modern with a retro touch, graphic, and Scandinavian” feel, founder Trine Andersen, draws her inspiration from the Scandinavian nature and cleverly re-interprets natural elements with graphic features. Following an instant success, Ferm launched a children's collection in 2007, featuring their signature graphic lines with a childlike yet modern touch through the choice of pattern and colour.

We love Darling Clementine's work so much that we just had to incorporate the Norwegian design duo's work in more designs. These adorable wooden frames are easy to hang and look super cute on the wall is a kids room
